701 IS-3 Heavy Tank Very good kit. Vinyl tracks are mediocre, but useable. Preview
702 Sd.Kfz. 231 8-rad Acclaimed by some as an excellent kit. According to others not without its faults.
Hatches are closed, sink marks can be found on the (outside of the) tyres, the manual is not very clear on the position of the tools on the fenders and locating holes are lacking. At any rate, don't glue them on, before the fenders are attached to the hull, or they could interfere in the attachment of the fenders. If the "domes" on the hull represent helmets slung on the outside then they are undercsale. Decals are not in perfect register. - Rob Haelterman

703 Sd.Kfz. 234/1 Excellent kit.
704 Sd.Kfz. 232 (Fu) 8-rad Acclaimed by some as an excellent kit.
There seems to be a mismatch between the shape of the turret base and the turret front under the mantlet. The part below the mantlet should be continuous strip from one side to the other. I am not sure what the "domes" on the sides are supposed to represent, but they might be (poor representations of) the helmets the crew sometimes stowed outside the vehicle. There is a serious lack of quality control in the manual, especially in the markings instructions, and in the decals themselves. - Rob Haelterman

708 Sd.Kfz. 263 8-rad Excellent kit. Preview
709 Sd.Kfz.234/4 Excellent Pak40; some dimensional issues; some basic interior detail (but mostly inaccurate). Two color schemes (3-color), one from the Russian Liberation Army in the Battle for Prague and one from the Battle of Berlin. As "usual" for Roden, there is a lack of quality control in the markings. The two licence plates decals (front and back) are different, with one being for a /4 and the other for a /3. The instructions show yet another licence plate, which is actually for a /3. - Rob Haelterman Preview   Dave Showell (Kit bash)

727 Selbstfahrlafette auf Fahrgestell VOMAG 7 or 660 mit 8,8 cm Flak Roden includes decals for two vehicles in this kit: WL 19574 and WL 19472. Both decals are completely unsuited for this kit because the actual vehicles with these license plates are fitted with the Kommandogerät, not the 8.8 cm gun. - T. Lau
