Gunners are modified Preiser tank crew. Additional equipment as rolled-up camouflage netting scratch built of screen door material (fly-protection web? – what is the right English word), the ammunition rounds, shell cases and empty shell are from attack models Resin ammunition set
As all my tank models, this is also hand painted with normal brushes (no air brush), using methods as dry brushing etc.
