This Sturmpanzer 1 assault gun is my scratchbuilt conversion on an Esci Pz1B hull. The 15cm Sig33 gun is scratchbuilt as well. I constructed the model before any kits or conversions (or the internet as we now know it) were available. Over time, as references became more abundant I've rebuilt it twice to make the dimensions and details more accurate. I was challenging at times but I feel the end result was worth it to obtain an early Panzer variant rarely found in our scale.
