Parts
Plastic: 315 in light grey plastic
Photo Etch: 83. Details and slat armor.
Metal: 1 hull, 1 brass barrel
Decals: One option on instructions: 2015 Moscow Victory Day Parade
in dark green. Generic decal sheet with many Eastern European, Middle
East and Russian markings.
The kit has good
molding; the road wheels, drive sprockets, and idlers look well molded
with what appears to be the right detail. The track is length and
link, rubber block type. All of the parts look to be in scale. The
hull has the two hatches being added during assembly and placed in
the closed position without an open option. The gun barrel is either
the two-piece plastic one or the turned brass one. The instructions
don’t show the brass barrel. Since it is an unmanned turret,
there is no fume extractor on the barrel. Half of the photo etch is
for the slat armor. The lower hull is cast metal in grey primer.
Instructions
are clear and appear to build in a logical manor. The slat armor might
be difficult to assemble.
