| This is one of
Milicast's recent figure set releases and an excellent
set it is too. The detail of all the badges, patches and
buckles is an absolute joy to paint and the sculptor has
even managed to detail the boots with heavy grips. The 2
hanschar figures are definitely a welcome set of figures
and I spent a fair bit of time on the Croatian badge on
the sleave and also on the medal ribbons. * I feel I
managed to pick up the crossed swords on the right collar
well and also picked out the sleave band. The SS Mountain
Trooper has a lot of added detail that picks the figure
out and even has a cigarette in his right hand.
I'm happy with how well the figures turned out but a fair bit of the detail is lost or blurred with the lower resolution of internet pictures. This is a lovely set of small scale figures and I would definitely recommend them to other modellers.
