European Farmhouse Ruin

I bought this set long before I got involved in writing reviews, so I might not remember correctly what went into building it. At any rate, Custom Dioramics seems to have gone the way of the Dodo, so this might be a rather moot point.

The set is a multipiece affair, with parts for the different wall sections, roof, barn doors and base plate.

Detail is very nice, but only present on one side of the wall sections, and as the rear is highly visible once completed, I decided to scribe some detail. Broken glass sections from plasticard were inserted in the windows and dulled with clear varnish.

No notable problems were encountered during the assembly, except the filling of some pinholes in the base.
