This set contains about 350 very delicate, white tactical markings for softskins, half-tracks and panzers.  The markings are for infantry and panzer units up until the end of 1942.  No guide to their use is included, but this info is available in a number of other sources.  (I understand that about the time that the Heer changed from panzergray to dunkelgelb, unit markings also changed.  I also understand that this was a bit transitional and older, or non-frontline units may have been unchanged into 1944.)
