M4 Sherman 76mm Turret

Like the other Al.By Sherman turrets, this is a fantastic set. I believe that it may have been based on the Hasegawa 76mm turret from their M4A3E8 kit, because it shared the same dimensions and basic shape of that turret, but it has been modified and greatly improved. Note the main difference between the two turrets is that this one has the earlier, single, oval hatch for the loader, instead of the split circular hatch as seen on the Hasegawa turret. All of the turret details have been imroved, such as the antenna mont, periscopes, iron gunsight, MG mount, etc.

Also included are the cannon and mantlet, AA machinegun, spotlight, detailed open hatches (the turret is hollow) and optional muzzle brake for the main gun. The lift rings are molded onto the turret, as are the brackets for the machinegun storage on the turret rear.
