Evaluation:

Another excellent kit from this french manufacturer. Depicting the 1938-40 version produced by Horch and Ford (same body, different engine) but in use until 1945, and in all fronts.

As any resin kit, some cleaning of the parts is needed, but this is almost absent from my model as no air bubbles or warping of parts was visible.

For those with an entrepreneur mind, this could be convert in to a Type 40 version, with a wider body and several other minor modifications. While there are some good references for this vehicle, I will advise the use of FRANK, Reinhard, German Personnel Cars in Wartime, from Schiffer, a cheap and useful reference, for this and other cars.

Overall:

As far as scale is concern, using the available data the overall dimensions are at 1:72.
