Evaluation:

Another excellent offering from AL.BY, this time the famous FlaK 38, used on almost all fronts and by all arms of service. This model represents the "grounded" version without the transportation apparatus, so it could be mounted in any vehicle, until 1945.

As any resin kit, some cleaning of the parts is needed, easily noticeable from the photo, and I advise anyone building this kit to do it with some care and a lot of patience. In my specimen there were no air bubbles, and almost no warping of parts was visible, only in the shield areas, easily corrected with a source of hot air or water.

The only area open to improvement will be the shield, as always in this type of models, where a photo-etched version would be useful.

Overall:

A good model for any collection, in any option, from the ground to self-propelled. As far as scale is concern, using the available sources, it's at 1:72.
