It seems that etched tracks are becoming all the rage these days. There's no question that the tracks included in the ACE T-54/55 series of kits could use a little help, and ACE has now given us an alternative. Enough track is included to do one tank model, plus a couple of spare links for stowage. Also notice the replacement sprockets, which will also be a great improvement over the kit's plastic parts. My only question about these, is whether or not they will be too thin when built. But I had this same concern with the PART Panzer IV tracks, and they actually look fantastic, so I'm hopeful that these will also.

Notice how there are some segments of tracks, about five links long, in each strip where the inner surfaces have no connection to the adjacent links. I assume this is for making it easier to wrap around the sprockets and idlers.

This looks like a great set, and I am anxious to see them in action.
